Cutlets without meat (from crab sticks), on the festive table: they end faster than meat cutlets.

HOW TO COOK:

Crab Sticks finely chop (if desired, you can grater) and put in a bowl. In a bowl with crab sticks add any hard cheese (do not use sour cheese) , grated on a coarse grater. Here we add – a raw egg, sour cream, flour and garlic. Garlic must be passed through a garlic press or cut in small pieces. Mix everything thoroughly. It turns out to be thick sticky “minced meat”.

With wet hands (so that the stuffing does not stick to your hands), we form cutlets. Roll each cutlet first in flour, and then dip in a plate with a beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs. I do not recommend frying cutlets without breading!

Fry cutlets in a pan on vegetable or olive oil (to your taste) on both sides until a beautiful golden brown and put on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

Attention! During frying, it will splatter with hot oil, saves from it splatter screen – an ingenious invention for the kitchen.

Necessary products (8 cutlets are obtained from such a quantity of products):

Products for breading:

Both hot and cold, these cutlets are delicious. But, of course, keep in mind that the taste of these cutlets is very dependent on the taste of crab sticks and cheese. Do not use sour cheese or tasteless crab sticks. It is better to take proven products – then you will definitely like the result.

Enjoy your meal.
